1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Free B2B Leads browser extension, the Free B2B Leads website (freeb2bleads.app), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Tips Marketing Services, Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey corporation.

2. Description of Service

Free B2B Leads is a Chrome extension that displays publicly available company and contact intelligence for the business website (or LinkedIn profile) you are viewing, in a browser side panel. The Service includes:

Company intelligence — technology stack, public records, and buying signals about the company whose website you are viewing.
Contact discovery — contact and email discovery through data suppliers you choose and configure with your own API keys. No supplier is contacted until you configure it.
Push to your own tools — sending contacts to CRMs and other destinations you connect (for example HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or a webhook). Connections are off until you add your own credentials.
Outreach from accounts you own (optional) — with your consent, drafting and sending email from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, and click-to-call or voicemail through a telephony provider account you connect. Off by default.
Retargeting / Ad Audiences (optional, off by default) — pushing contact emails to your own Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn audience lists, only if you enable it and supply your own credentials.
Local database — your lookups and lists are stored in a local database on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account & Registration

A valid email address is required to register for the free tier or a licensed plan; registration details and free-tier usage counters are handled by our licensing server as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, license keys, and any API keys or account connections you store in the extension. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Send unsolicited messages or spam through Free B2B Leads.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or its servers.
Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or state consumer protection statutes.
Circumvent rate limits, licensing controls, or free-tier quotas.

6. Outreach & Third-Party Sending

You are the sender. Any email, call, or voicemail you initiate through the Service is sent from accounts and providers you own and connect (for example Gmail, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or a telephony provider). You are the sender of record and are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent, honoring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests, and complying with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all other applicable laws.

Provider terms and billing. Connected providers bill your own account directly, and their terms of service apply to your use of them. We do not resell, relay, or meter their services.

7. Free Tier, Licenses & Payments

The Service offers a free tier with usage quotas and paid license plans with expanded limits.
License fees are as stated at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, license fees are non-refundable.
Data suppliers, CRMs, and sending providers you connect are billed to you directly by those providers under their own terms.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Tips Marketing Services, Corp or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create and send through Free B2B Leads. By sending content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and deliver that content to intended recipients.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data and do not run analytics, telemetry, or advertising trackers on you. See the Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, storage, and use.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms you choose to connect, including:

Google — Gmail sending with your OAuth consent (your own account).
Microsoft — Microsoft 365 / Outlook sending with your consent (your own account).
Amazon Web Services — Amazon SES sending through your own AWS credentials.
Telnyx — Click-to-call and voicemail through your own telephony account.
Data suppliers and CRMs — The contact-data vendors and CRM or marketing platforms you connect with your own API keys.
Stripe — Payment processing for license purchases.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tips Marketing Services, Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tips Marketing Services, Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Cached data on your device may persist until you clear it.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
