Installation Guide

Install Your Extension

Pick your browser below for detailed, step-by-step instructions. All listed browsers run Chromium extensions — run the extension on all your browsers simultaneously.

Edge Add-ons Store listing is pending Microsoft review. Until approval, use the installer + Load unpacked method below.

Google Chrome

Recommended default. Chrome has the largest extension ecosystem and is the reference browser for our installers.

1

Download & run the installer

Open the download link or run the installer downloaded to your computer. Run Setup.exe and accept the prompts.

  • Leave Setup & Usage Guide and AI Training Guide checked if offered.
  • Default install folder: Documents\…
2

Locate the Extension folder

After install, open the folder shown in the completion message. You need the subfolder named Extension — it contains manifest.json.

Example: C:\Users\You\Documents\BlastsDeals\Extension

Keep this folder forever. The extension loads from this path every time. Do not delete or move it after loading.
3

Open Extensions page

In Chrome, type this in the address bar and press Enter:

chrome://extensions

Or locate it in the browser menu: ExtensionsManage Extensions.

4

Turn on Developer mode

Toggle Developer mode ON in the top-right corner. Three buttons appear: Load unpacked, Pack extension, Update.

Developer mode is safe — it only allows loading extensions from a folder on your PC. Professional extension developers use it daily.
5

Click Load unpacked

  1. Click Load unpacked (top-left).
  2. Navigate to the Extension folder from Step 2.
  3. Select the folder that contains manifest.json.
  4. Click Select Folder.
6

Confirm & pin to toolbar

Your extension appears in the list with a green ID. Click the puzzle piece in the toolbar → find the extension → click the pin .

7

Open the side panel

Click the pinned extension icon once. The side panel opens on any tab. For Blasts: go to Compose and Create your Blasts account (Sign up with email). For Free B2B Leads: visit any company website to start prospecting.

Microsoft Edge

Edge is Chromium-based and uses the same extension format as Chrome. Perfect for Microsoft 365 users.

1

Run the Windows installer first

Same as Chrome — run your Setup.exe, note the Extension folder path.

2

Open Edge Extensions

edge://extensions

Or: menu ExtensionsManage extensions.

3

Enable Developer mode

In Edge, Developer mode is a toggle on the left sidebar (or bottom-left on older builds). Turn it ON.

4

Load unpacked

Click Load unpacked → select your Extension folder (contains manifest.json) → Select Folder.

5

Allow extension permissions

Edge may show a permissions banner. Click Turn on extension or Allow for all requested permissions (side panel, storage, native messaging).

6

Pin & launch

Click the puzzle icon → pin the extension. Click the icon to open the side panel.

Edge Add-ons Store (coming soon): Once Microsoft approves our listing, you will also be able to install directly from the Edge Add-ons store with one click — no Developer mode required. Your existing installation will continue to work.

Brave Browser

Brave is Chromium with built-in privacy shields. Extensions load the same way as Chrome.

1

Install via Setup.exe

Run the Windows installer and locate the Extension folder.

2

Open Brave Extensions

brave://extensions
3

Developer mode ON → Load unpacked

Toggle Developer mode (top-right) → Load unpacked → select the Extension folder.

4

Shields & fingerprinting (if side panel is blank)

Click the Brave Shields lion icon in the address bar → for our API domains, set shields to Standard or allow scripts if a page fails to load. This is rarely needed for the side panel itself.

5

Pin & use

Pin from the puzzle menu. You can run the extension in Brave and Chrome simultaneously on one PC.

Opera & Opera GX

Opera GX gamers and standard Opera both support Chromium extensions.

1

Run Setup.exe & find Extension folder

Complete the Windows installer first.

2

Open Opera Extensions

opera://extensions

Or: Opera menuExtensionsExtensions.

3

Enable Developer mode

Toggle in the top-right → click Load unpacked.

4

Select Extension folder

Choose the folder containing manifest.json. Confirm the extension appears and pin it from the sidebar or toolbar.

Opera GX users: extensions appear in the GX sidebar. You may drag the icon to your sidebar for quick access.

Vivaldi

1

Install & locate Extension folder

Run Setup.exe from your download email.

2

Open Vivaldi Extensions

vivaldi://extensions
3

Developer mode → Load unpacked

Same flow as Chrome. Vivaldi power users often dock the side panel — our extension works in Vivaldi's side panel slot.

Arc Browser

1

Run Setup.exe (Windows)

Arc on Windows is Chromium-based. Complete the installer on your PC first.

2

Open Extensions in Arc

Type in the Arc address bar:

arc://extensions

If that URL does not open, use Arc menu → ExtensionsManage Extensions.

3

Load unpacked

Enable Developer mode → Load unpacked → select your Extension folder.

Other Chromium Browsers

If the browser is built on Chromium (80%+ of browsers are), the install steps are identical — only the extensions URL changes.

Supported browsers in this group

DuckDuckGo, Epic Privacy, SRWare Iron, Comodo Dragon, Slimjet, Torch, CentBrowser, Yandex, Whale, 360 Browser, Dia (Browser Co.), Comet (Perplexity), Island Browser, Sidekick, Wavebox — and any other Chromium fork.

1

Run Setup.exe on Windows

Install the extension files first.

2

Open your browser's Extensions page

Replace browser with your browser's internal name:

browser://extensions

Common URLs:

  • chrome://extensions — Chrome, most forks
  • edge://extensions — Edge
  • brave://extensions — Brave
  • opera://extensions — Opera / GX
  • vivaldi://extensions — Vivaldi

Tip: if unsure, search the web for "[your browser name] load unpacked extension".

3

Developer mode ON → Load unpacked

Select the Extension folder from your install directory. Pin the icon.

Antidetect / Multi-Account Browsers

AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin{anty}, Incogniton, Kameleo — built for running multiple prospecting or LinkedIn accounts. Each profile is an isolated Chromium instance.

1

Install Setup.exe once on the host PC

Install the setup files once on the host PC. You do not need to re-run the installer for each antidetect profile.

2

Open a browser profile

Launch the specific AdsPower / Multilogin / GoLogin profile you want to use. Each profile has its own extensions list.

3

Open Extensions inside that profile

Navigate to chrome://extensions inside the profile window. Enable Developer mode.

4

Load unpacked per profile

Click Load unpacked → select the same Extension folder. Repeat for each profile that needs the extension. All profiles share the same extension files.

Android Mobile

Most mobile browsers cannot run desktop Chrome extensions. These Android browsers can — Quetta Browser is recommended.

1

Install browser on Android

Search Quetta Browser in the Google Play Store and install it. These mobile browsers support Chrome extension sideloading on Android.

2

Transfer the Extension folder to your phone

Copy the Extension folder from your PC install to your phone via USB, Google Drive, or email ZIP. Unzip to a permanent location (e.g. /Download/BlastsDeals/Extension).

3

Enable Developer mode in the app

Open Quetta → Settings → Extensions → turn on Developer mode.

4

Load unpacked on Android

Tap Load unpacked → browse to the Extension folder on your device → confirm. Pin the extension in Quetta's toolbar.

5

Alternatives: Lemur, Yandex Mobile, Edge Mobile

Lemur Browser and Yandex Mobile (Android) also support extension loading with a similar Developer mode flow. Microsoft Edge Mobile offers curated extensions — load unpacked support varies by version; Quetta remains the most reliable path today.

For phone-only Blasts without sideloading, use the Blasts Web Portal at blasts.app/portal — send and read Blasts from any mobile browser with no extension required.

Troubleshooting

"Manifest file is missing or unreadable"

You selected the wrong folder. Choose the inner Extension folder that directly contains manifest.json, not the parent install folder.

Extension disappeared after restart

The source folder was moved or deleted. Re-run Load unpacked pointing to the permanent install location from Setup.exe.
